Located between The Strand and Covent Garden within a Conservation Area, this project is part conversion of a 19th Century industrial building and part new build on top of the existing structure.
The proposed accommodation comprises 450m² of office space, a 210 m² restaurant and four new floors providing 11 apartments for open market sale ranging in size from 50 sq. M. to 170 sq. M.
APL was commissioned to complete the redesign of the internal spaces, the production of working drawings including liasing with other consultants and resolution of the very complex problems arising from the services, building regulations and planning issues.
As with all our projects, APL’s skills in problem solving coupled with the production of buildable design solutions has enabled the project to move forward positively.
