APL was commissioned by Crest to produce the working drawings for 121 residential units, ranging from 1 bed flats to 4 bedroom detached houses, including 36 affordable homes for Hyde Housing Association. The development, which forms part of the English Partnerships Millenium Community in Milton Keynes, achieves an Ecohomes rating of Excellent as well as meeting the high standards of environmental improvements required by EP (now HCA). The 36 flats are served by a communal biomass boiler and  the construction is highly insulated timber frame with timber windows and doors. There are 43 different variations of dwelling type with a variety of external finishes, arranged in many curving and angled forms to create a site in which each property has an individual feel, fitting in with the nearby original village and farm buildings.
