William Sutton Homes appointed Avebury Projects to design a development of apartments on a former Local Authority Works Depot.
The site was extremely constrained with very stringent planning requirements, however a project of 11 dwellings was required to secure financial viability and enable delivery.
APL designed a contemporary building of 10no. 2b3p flats and 1no. 1b2p flat incorporating integral cycle and bin stores.
Given the high density development within the site, APL negotiated off-site parking and parallel on-street parking bays to ensure that the integrity of the overall project could be maintained.
The result is an attractive well-liked group of homes.
APL was also Project Manager for the construction contract delivered by Durkan Ltd.
