Architectural specialist

We are looking for an architectural specialist to join our team, to further embed BIM principles into both our and our clients’ processes.

If you are interested, ideally, you will be an Architect, with at least 5 years post qualification experience or an experienced Architectural Technician with intimate knowledge of REVIT or a similar BIM system, with a good understanding of housing, in particular affordable housing and be fully conversant with the Code for Sustainable Homes, applications from candidates with CSH/SAP accreditation would be viewed favourably. 

Experience in timber frame would be advantageous and experience in general construction detailing is essential.
