Our planning and feasibility competencies and experience evolved from the extensive work our Architectural team undertook during the development of Milton Keynes. Sustainability, infrastructure and commercial viability were all areas of key consideration in that study work. Today, nothing has really changed with the tough economic climate and rigorous planning regime, these issues are proving even more of a challenge to help meet our clients’ criteria.

Feasibilities carried-out by APL can vary from basic, no-cost desktop options to full consultations where we undertake a complete review, even garnering the participation of residents in the planning process.
