Avebury Projects Ltd (APL) is a construction and property consultancy providing Architecture, Project Management, CDM Co-ordination and Sustainable Homes Assessments, based in Milton Keynes. We have a wealth of experience and expertise in social housing in both the urban environment and rural exception sites.

Utilising the very latest Building Information Modelling (BIM) thinking at the core of our processes, APL adds significant value to our clients and stakeholders, driving lean construction principles consistently delivering, quality, cost-effective buildings, safely, on time and within budget.         

As Part of PXP Holdings, we possess a considerable depth of knowledge of MMC with a particular emphasis in timber frame – the most sustainable and environmentally friendly form of construction available today. With this expertise, we believe we are in the vanguard of smart, sustainable design, with timber frame at the core of our offer.   

Believing firmly in the benefit of good design as a starting point for the delivery of thriving communities, and with our additional knowledge in local retail, medical services and education, Avebury is well placed to take a brief from inception to completion.

Throughout all our work we have always had a strong emphasis on sustainability, dating back to 1986 when we produced an award winning design for Milton Keynes Energy World which featured timber frame construction.
