APL architecture

APL Architecture is a RIBA Chartered Practice with 25 years experience. Our portfolio embraces both the private and public sectors with a range that spans across community, retail, health, education, commercial, residential, mixed use and regeneration.

We enjoy a national reputation for the design of affordable housing with a particular expertise in the use and incorporation of modern methods of construction (MMC).

Commercially aware, but believing firmly in the benefit of good design, and by constantly challenging traditional practice, APL consistently delivers cost effective, vibrant environments where people are happy to live work and play.

Core to our innovative design capability is our adoption of the latest BIM design package from REVIT. This design package enables 3D interactive visualisation from concept stage and enables all design consultants to work collaboratively thus improving productivity and co-ordination, reducing design time and eliminating potential errors. But BIM is not just a drawing tool, it is a completelty different approach to construction, one to which the APL team is totally committed to.

Our design team is passionate about the environment and true sustainability is at the heart of everything we do. Sustainable design is embedded not an just an add on.
